Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on the Re:Nova Switzerland platform. Because every piece is Made to Order, our shipping timelines differ from conventional retail. Please read this carefully before placing an order.

Production Time

All Re:Nova items are Made to Order (MTO) — each piece is produced specifically for you after your order is confirmed. Production takes 14 working days from the date your order is accepted and payment is confirmed.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in India. You will receive an email update when your order enters the production phase.

Production begins promptly after payment confirmation. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours of placement, as materials will have been allocated to your order.

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped from India via tracked international courier. Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

  • Switzerland: 7–10 business days
  • European Union (all member states): 10–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–14 business days

Estimated total delivery time (production + shipping): 4–6 weeks from order date. We appreciate your patience — this timeline reflects the made-to-order nature of what we sell, and the care that goes into making it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. All costs are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and shown in full before you confirm your purchase. There are no hidden handling fees.

Customs, Import Duties & VAT

Swiss customers: As Re:Nova is a Swiss-based company, domestic orders do not incur additional Swiss customs charges.

EU customers: Orders are shipped from India and may be subject to import VAT and customs duties assessed by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customs thresholds and VAT rates vary by EU member state.

UK customers: Similar import rules apply. UK customers may be liable for import VAT and customs duties assessed by HMRC.

Our commitment: Re:Nova always declares accurate and truthful commercial values on all customs documentation. We do not falsify, under-declare, or misrepresent shipment values under any circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become visible on the courier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 17 working days of your order being placed, please contact us at support@renovaswitzerland.com.

Packaging

All Re:Nova orders are packed in minimal, plastic-free packaging, consistent with our environmental values. Garments are wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in recycled card packaging. We do not use plastic bags, bubble wrap, or excessive void fill.

Delivery Issues

Re:Nova is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, or events outside our control. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please first check your tracking link, then contact us if the situation is unresolved.
