Leheriya — "wave" in Rajasthani — is a resist-dyeing technique that creates diagonal wave patterns by rolling and binding the cloth tightly before immersing it in dye. The RANI SKIRT in Indigo Leheriya is a long, flared silhouette in deep indigo waves: subtle in its pattern, striking in movement. Each piece is dyed individually, so every skirt is its own. Named for the rani — the queen — who wore leheriya as a mark of occasion.
