These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Re:Nova Switzerland website and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. About Re:Nova Switzerland

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of any applicable Swiss VAT. Re:Nova reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price displayed at the time of order placement is binding for that transaction.

We make every effort to display products accurately, including colours and materials. However, actual colours may vary depending on your screen calibration, and slight variations in handmade goods are expected and desirable — they evidence genuine craft.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

All purchases made on our platform must use the "Order" or "Buy Now" button, which clearly indicates a commitment to pay. Browsing and adding items to a cart does not constitute an order.

4. Made to Order & Cancellation

All products are Made to Order. Production commences promptly following order confirmation. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production will have begun and cancellation is not possible.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and costs are as stated in our Shipping Policy. Re:Nova is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, courier errors, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. If delivery is refused or the address is incorrect, re-delivery costs are at the customer's expense.

6. Returns & Warranty

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Swiss law provides a 2-year statutory warranty on new goods (CO Art. 197–210). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory warranty rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Re:Nova platform — including text, images, brand assets, and design — is the property of Re:Nova Switzerland or its content partners and is protected by Swiss and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Re:Nova content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Re:Nova's liability for any claim arising from use of our platform or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Consumer Mandatory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under Swiss law or the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, which cannot be waived by contract.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law rules. The courts of the Canton of Zurich shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the consumer's country of residence.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any dispute before pursuing formal proceedings. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order governs that transaction. Current Terms are always available on this page.
