Chokadi lungi skirt

A vibrant, wrap-style skirt in cotton checks, inspired by the effortless drape of a traditional lungi. This piece is framed with a contrasting blanket stitch along the edges, adding a playful, handcrafted finish to the bold chokadi pattern.

Our product is woven in Jaipur, manufactured in our workshop at Pune, India. Subtle variations in patterns/ colors are natural to this process. We believe this makes each creation unique and charming. Some call it je ne sais quoi. We call it JODI.

Care instructions

• Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cold cycle.
• Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent. Do not bleach.
• Dry in the shade — avoid direct sunlight to protect hand-block printed and naturally dyed fabrics.
• Iron on a medium heat setting on the reverse side.
• Minor colour and pattern variation is part of the hand-craft process and gives each piece its individual character.

Sustainability
Hand block printed in Jaipur, India, by artisans working in a centuries-old tradition. The process uses water-based dyes and produces minimal waste. Subtle variations in the pattern are natural and intentional — a mark of craft, not imperfection. Manufactured at JODI's own workshop in Pune.
