Francis denim patch set

The Francis Set pairs a tailored waistcoat with a long fitted skirt — both made from upcycled denim patch panels in blue. Designed to be worn together or styled as separates, the set offers easy coordination with a consistent fabric story. The waistcoat has functional pockets; the skirt features a back slit for ease of movement and closes with a side zip. A considered pair for anyone who wants to get dressed simply and look composed.

Care instructions

• Machine wash cold (below 40°C) or gentle hand wash
• Wash separately for the first two washes — upcycled denim may release colour initially
• Hang to dry in shade. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Iron on low heat if needed. Do not tumble dry

Sustainability
Each piece is reconstructed from upcycled denim — factory deadstock, defective rolls, or post-consumer fabric — diverting material that would otherwise go to landfill. Because the raw material varies with every batch, no two garments are identical. Minor differences in panel shade, placement, or texture are not flaws — they are the signature of the process. This is a limited-edition style: once the available fabric runs out, it is not reproduced.
