Bay coord set

The Bay Coord Set pairs the Bay shirt with matching relaxed-fit trousers — both in handwoven cotton from the artisans of West Bengal. The cuban-collar half-sleeved shirt carries hand embroidery on both chest pockets; the trousers balance it with a clean elasticated waistband. A set that rewards wearing together and works just as well worn apart.

Care instructions

• Hand wash gently in cold water using a mild detergent
• Do not wring — press gently in a towel to remove excess water and dry flat in the shade
• Iron on a low to medium heat on the reverse side only
• Handle embroidered and hand-stitched details with care to preserve the handwork
• Minor variation in the embroidery is inherent to the handcraft process

Sustainability
All fabrics are handwoven by artisans using traditional techniques. Deeta works in small batches, directly with weavers and craftspeople, to ensure fair wages, minimal waste, and garments designed to last. Natural fibres, slow production, and handmade details are at the core of every piece.

Working closely with weavers from West Bengal and artisans across India, Deeta creates garments that combine the warmth of handwoven cotton with hand embroidery, natural dyes, block printing and shibori techniques. Every piece is made in small batches, each one carrying the mark of the hands that made it.
